CloseAs we grasp the content of this chapter we will be emboldened to believe the Lord Jesus Christ for the difference that repentance makes. And with such a conviction we will be more zealously alert to point the spiritually lame to Christ with a greater confidence that they will rise up and walk. But we will also find ourselves being confronted with new challenges. As we grow in favour with God and man we at the same time will be attracting the hostility of the world, the flesh and the devil. But let us say with the early church, “So be it!”
