CloseThe word “redeem” or “redeemer” is all over Ruth 4. It occurs twelve times in these 22 verses and is applied to—or implied of—five separate individuals. This chapter shows us God’s determined intention to redeem his people, and the way that he uses his redeemed people redemptively in the lives of others.
