The temptation to anxiety is something that plagues us all at various points and to varying degrees. As we live through a worldwide pandemic, with its effects on our jobs, savings, lives, and loved ones, we are tempted now, perhaps more than ever, to worry. In Jesus’ famous sermon on anxiety, we see at least seven reasons he graciously gives us on why we ought not to worry. This encouraging passage holds much precious truth for us to cling on to in the days and months ahead.
