CloseIn some of Jesus’ final words on the cross—“It is finished”—we learn that Jesus’ earthly mission was finished, his work of redemption was finished, and the power of death was finished. As meditate on this text, let us learn to rest in the finished work of Jesus Christ in the gospel.
