In a world and a society that is said to be constantly changing, there are some things that don’t change. In chapter 1 of his prophecy, Micah shows us some of these constants: the immutable character of God, and the persistent character faults of his covenant people. While Micah announces impending and severe judgement, he also hints at another thing that never changes: hope in an ultimate deliverer.
