Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah (Proverbs 16:1–9)
The opening verses of Proverbs 16 remind us of two stated facts in Scripture, which are also individual truths: God’s sovereignty and man’s responsibility. We neither want to minimise the character of God nor exalt man’s response in our consideration of these verses. God’s character is sure and unchanging. How will we respond?
