Crashing the Party (Daniel 5:1–31)
Daniel 5, which records the demise of the Babylonian kingdom, is the story of a crashed party. God used Daniel to warn King Belshazzar of coming judgement: His days were numbered. He had been weighed and found wanting. We have much to learn from this text.
