CloseI am convinced that Revelation was largely fulfilled by 70 A.D. I believe that the second bodily appearing of Christ is alluded to toward the end of the book, but it is in no way the emphasis. John, the last remaining disciple of the inner circle, received Revelation (which proved he was still alive when these things came to pass) and passed it onto the seven persecuted churches in Asia Minor to encourage them that Jesus Christ is King. And what John wrote has been fulfilled: they came to pass soon after he wrote them.
