CloseGood Friday is transcendently different than all other Fridays because what happened on Good Friday laid the foundation for Christianity. What happened on that Friday, so long ago, was the basis of the gospel. Because of Good Friday we are able to celebrate, every day, what we might call “basic Christianity.”
